We were recently presented with the opportunity to develop The Mercantile @ Newberry which is directly across the street from The Christmas Store of New York location.
As a result, our plans for the building as a retail location are being reevaluated as we consider different options that will complement our mission at Evolve For The Home to attract more tourism to Historic Downtown Lyons, New York and enhance our destination retail experience.

Aquired in November 2024 the historic House Block building is adjacent to our existing three storefront buildings.
By adding this beautiful historic building to our current downtown loactions it will expand The Christmas Store of New York to four adjacent or adjoining store fronts resulting in over 9,000 square feet of Everything Christmas!
All of us at Evolve For The Home are excited about this addition and work has already begun on on floor designs and layouts that will enhance your shopping experience in Historic Downtown Lyons, New York!
The Village Hall is our former Fire Hall and Police offices that have now been transformed into commercial office space.
Recently occupied by the County Offices during their renovation, this Village Hall is now wired with state-of-the-art fiber optic lines and is currently occupied by the Evolve For The Home offices.
We have big plans for this historic building in the future, so as we like to say....
